How long is a contract for? All contracts are on a month-to-month basis.

What’s the difference between a 5 day and a 7 day contract? With a 5 day contract the space is rented Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays, a 7 day contract makes the space available to the tenant seven days a week, including Federal holidays.

Who decides what the monthly rent will be on a space? Turnkey Parking’s commission is directly tied to the monthly rental amount, thus there is direct incentive to maximize monthly income for Landlords. We utilize our unique market expertise to determine the optimal rental rate for your space. Prior to entering into a contract with a tenant, the landlord is to agree to said price and terms of the Lease Agreement for their space.

How much does it cost to rent my space? Upon renting your space, Turnkey Parking charges a commission of 15% (plus standard tax) on the monthly rental amount collected on behalf of Landlord (with a minimum of $10), plus a onetime account set-up fee of $15.


Monthly rental amounts are collected by Turnkey Parking from tenants on Landlord’s behalf and deposited directly to into Landlord’s account of choice. Turnkey Parking utilizes PayPal to ensure quick, secure payments.

How will I know who is parking in my space? Landlords will be given their Tenant’s vehicle information (make, model, color, etc.), in addition to their contact information, in the event they should need to contact their tenant. If required, Turnkey Parking will issue Tenant a parking permit, which must be clearly displayed in your windshield. We may also request Tenants vehicle registration number for identification purposes.

What if I lose my parking permit? If you lose your parking permit there will be a $10.00 replacement charge. Please email us with your reference number and we will promptly send you a replacement.

How do I reclaim my deposit? After your contract has expired simply email us (be sure to include your reference number), upon receipt we will contact the Landlord to ensure they agree and assuming they do, immediately deposit the amounts directly into your chosen account.

What if I have a problem with my space, tenant, or landlord? Please carefully read the Terms and Conditions of this website and your Lease Agreement. Tenant agrees to use space in accordance with said space’s Terms and Conditions and assumes risk of using said space. In the event that Tenant breaches the Terms and Conditions of said space, they are held liable for any damages caused.

What happens if the tenant doesn’t pay and continues to park in my space? It is Turnkey Parking’s responsibility to collect the money from the tenant and pay the landlord. In the event of non-payment, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of your Lease Agreement, the tenant and landlord will be immediately issued a cancellation notice. If in the unlikely event that the tenant continues to park the space, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of your Lease Agreement, Turnkey Parking will assist you in taking further action which may include, but is not limited to, notifying local police authorities, utilizing local parking enforcement laws and or regulations.

How do I cancel a contract? Lease cancelations must be made in writing to Turnkey Parking, by either mail or email, which upon receipt we will reply with notice of receipt and inform all parties involved of cancellation date, approximately one month from receipt of client request, as detailed in your Lease Agreement.
